The main research focused on the bamboo. Analyses the effect of chemical constitutes and the fiber by and the property of the exploded liquid to discuss the mechanism of steam-explosion pretreatment. Compared the effect of the condition of alkaline pulping to find the optimal condition. Research the property of bleaching and the physical performance of the paper after the sequences of O—Q—P/O to explored the advanced pulping technology by steam-explosion pretreatment. The results of the research were as following:1、After Steam-explosion pretreatment, pentosan content was substantially reduced, cellulose content was relative increased and the lignin content was a little changed. Different condition of explosion, the content of all components was different.2、 The explosion treatment could only change the intensity of absorption peak partially and the main chemical structure of lignin has not changed yet, analyzed by the FTIR spectrum.3、The fiber surface analyzed by SEM,and showed that crack and debris on the fiber surface of explosion pulp, and the smooth surface before explosion. After steam-explosion pretreatment, the fiber length was reduced, and lowest at1.8MPa,10min, the rate of descend was75.31%.4、T he exploded bamboo showed by X-ray diffraction spectrum, and that the peak was more acuity, the intensity of diffraction was enhanced evidently, the relative crystallinity was increased20.63%.5、There are32compounds were identified in the steam-explosion liquid of bamboo extracted by ethyl acetate of GC-MS technology, with the diethyl-pentanedioic acid ester was the mainly compound.6、From the results of alkaline pulping of the explosion pulp, the effect of alkali charge on kappa number was more notable, and the effect of temperature take second place, the effect of time was on the small side. The effect of temperature on yield was more notable, and the effect of take second place, the effect of time was not significant. In conclusion, the optimal condition was: alkali charge19%, temperature165℃, time90min.7、Compared with the bamboo, the exploded pulp using less alkali charge and the lower kappa number of the result at the same temperature and time. 8、From the analysis of oxygen delignification, the effect of alkali charge on kappa number was more notable, and the effect of temperature and oxygen pressure take second place, the effect of time was not significant. The effect of alkali charge on viscosity was more notable, and the effect of temperature and time take second place, the effect of oxygen pressure was not significant. In conclusion, the optimal condition was: alkali charge3%, oxygen pressure0.4MPa, and temperature90℃, time90min.9、The brightness levels of bleaching sequences of O—Q—P/O,was increased up to72.5%. The physical properties were increased after bleaching.
