This paper is based on the absorption of the previous related research results, on the Jiang Han Plain as the research object, the influence factors of ecological security of cultivated land resources in Jiang Han Plain is divided into the direct factors, the indirect factors and social economic factors in these three categories, a set of consistent with the actual situation of Jiang Han Plain cultivated land ecological security evaluation index system, The index system of calculation based on the comprehensive value of cultivated land ecological security in Jiang Han Plain2001-2010years, to understand the dynamic change in the10years during the process, and calculated the ecological safety of Jiang Han Plain District comprehensive value, according to the result of calculation is divided into security corresponding grades, aiming at the ecological security problems exist in each region analysis according to these problems, and put forward the corresponding suggestion, formulate the corresponding countermeasures.In this paper, the main research results are as follows:(1) The ecological security of cultivated land resources in Jiang Han Plain2001-2010value in these10years is constantly changing, rose from0.9597in2001to0.9809in2005, then dropped to0.9195in2010, the comprehensive index of ecological security is wave increased and then decreased, but the ecological security degree changed little, has been in a very safe state.(2) In2010, eight counties in the Jiang Han Plain, ecological security of cultivated land resources in Tianmen comprehensive value is:0.9800, in a very safe state, in the whole of Jiang Han Plain, Tianmen is the regional ecological security situation of land the best; and Yichang city ecological security of cultivated land resources comprehensive value is:0.6865, in a police state the status of ecological security, is the worst area of Jiang Han plain.(3) Ecological safety of Jiang Han plain land resources comprehensive value before2005, has been increasing, that before2005, the ecological environment gradually improved, and towards a good and orderly development direction. In2005-2010, although the overall in a safe state, but the comprehensive index of ecological security were decreased, that of Jiang Han Plain Farmland Ecological Conditions in the deterioration phenomenon in recent years. In addition, each district of ecological security in the plain of comprehensive value also has the very big disparity are different and the best and worst area.(4) Although the overall ecological security of cultivated land resources in Jiang Han Plain in a very safe, but the status of ecological security in recent years have a tendency to deteriorate. As the grain production base in China, the security of cultivated land resources in Jiang Han Plain, there are still many problems, such as the increase in population, per capita cultivated land occupancy volume continued to decline, and the quality of cultivated land resource is lower than the previous year, gradually deteriorating ecological environment, ecological disasters have occurred, arable land is declining. In order to realize the sustainable utilization of cultivated land in Jiang Han Plain, in the light of these problems, and puts forward some measures for the corresponding security ecological security of land resources, the protection of cultivated land has a long way to go.
