Research topics is from eliminating impurity equipment improvement projects of theinternship unit, aimed to improve existing equipment to reduce the impurity rate of raw materials,and to boost the finished material quality, on the other hand by studying its dynamiccharacteristics to enhance the equipment mechanical performance.Now on the market there are many kinds of purify equipments, such as the vibrating screen,the specific gravity stoner, color sorter, and so on. Taking into account purchasing color sorter ofhigh price from outside isn’t cost-effective, the internship unit had made the program ofimproving the existing vibrating screen, designing and manufacturing the specific gravity stoner,based on it’s technical level. Due to time constraint, this topic is focused on the shaker analysisimprovement, rather than the specific gravity stoner study only in theoretical analysis.The existing vibrating screen is different from common vibration. The common vibratingscreen’s components are rigid, studying its kinematics and dynamics is easier, while the existingvibrating screen has spring components and the degree of freedom is zero, there are manydifferences in the improving design. The process is as follows:(1)First, regarding the spring member as "rigid" and "hinge", build a alternative of thevibrating screen, then use the analytical method solving the motion characteristics of variouscomponents of the alternative, such as the components position, angular velocity, angularacceleration. Next make use of derivation of centroid’s position vector, find the acceleration ofthe components center of mass, and thus all components inertia force, and in the end use theD’Alembert principle solving the constraint forces of component junction.(2)Then apply basic analytical methods of the elasto-dynamics linkage and finite elementmodel to build the elasto-dynamic model of the object system, and based on the principle ofmodal analysis, with the help of MATLAB program to solve the system elasto-dynamicsimultaneous differential equations.(3)On this basis, tested by experiment gain the kinetic datas of the actual system, as wellas apply neural network methods to verify and revise the established elasto-dynamics model.(4)Finally, combining its work principles and process requirements, put forward thevibrating screen’s optimization design goal, establish the vibrating screen’s elasto-dynamicoptimization model, then using MATLAB optimization toolbox solve the optimization model. Atlast improve the design of the vibrating screen by the optimized datas.There are six parts in the paper: The first part introduces the domestic and internationaldevelopment and research actualities of the impurity equipment; the second part is analysing the rigid body kinematics and dynamics of the vibrating screen; the third part is the vibratingscreen’s elasto-dynamics modeling and analysis,and fix elasto-dynamics model by datas of testexperiment; the fourth part is the vibrating screen’s parameters optimization and improveddesigning; the fifth part is the analysis of motion parameters of a specific gravity stoner; Finally,account of research results and prospects.
