Insisting on the concept of scientific development,the Communist Party of China in the new period pays attention to economy, society, and the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of ecological environment and considers the ecological environment protection and economic construction in the equally important position."Construction of ecological civilization" major strategic goals as the comprehensive construction affluent society’s new requirements are put forward in the17th congress of the communist party of China.Ecological civilization construction in the eighteenth congress of the communist party of China has been incorporated into the "five one" the general layout.It reveals the five of the construction of the inner link and dialectical relationship of supplement each other and points the right direction and path for moving forward ecological civilization. To comprehensively implement the scientific concept of development, studying deeply in the new period our party promoting the construction of ecological civilization can grasp the law of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics so that we can promote the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and realize the great Renaissance of the Chinese nation has the very vital significance.Basing on dialectical materialism and historical materialism thought as the instruction, using literature research, history, induction, data analysis, comparative research and multidisciplinary research methods, the author analyzes and discusses the promoting the construction of ecological civilization in the communist party of China in the new period of problems, causes and countermeasures.The first chapter the introduction part mainly elaborates thesis topics of theoretical and practical significance, introducing and analysing the paper selected topic research present situation, main research methods and ways.
