Airflow dyeing machine as a highly efficient, energy-saving and environmentalcharacteristics of the new models, plays an important role in the future developmentprocess of printing and dyeing industry, the dyeing process is a complex process,affected by many factors, and a variety of factors are coupled to each other,interaction,dyeing quality is difficult to control. Paper based on fuzzy reasoning airflow dyeingmachine expert system "in the title, the system collate and summarize the airflowdyeing common defects and their causes, to explore and analyze the temperature, pH,liquor ratio, fabric speed, staining time and other factors on airflow dyeing qualityimpact of the proposed mechanism, on the basis of airflow dyeing machine expertsystem based on fuzzy reasoning overall framework and on building a resource-savingsociety has important practical significance.Paper were elaborated airflow dyeing machine, fuzzy reasoning and expert systemtechnology, expert system technology research progress in the dyeing and finishingindustry applications, the airflow dyeing machine expert system based on fuzzyreasoning the overall framework and the C#development of expert system platform.Its main tasks are:①analysis of the mechanism of the process parameters oftemperature, pH, liquor ratio, fabric speed, staining time affect the quality of airflowdyeing in a textile Dyeing Co., Ltd., respectively, test temperature, PH value, bathratio of airflow dyeing color and wash fastness of two typical staining quality defectsaffect the experiment, obtained airflow dyeing temperature, PH value, the bath ratioas well as temperature, PH value, bath color and wash fastness defects trend;(2)based fuzzy inference airflow dyeing machine expert overall system architecture,system mainly includes four parts of the man-machine interface, explained,knowledge reasoning and fuzzy knowledge base, the knowledge of expert systeminference engine design expert system by the membership function input/output fuzzyinference rules based on the output system of production rules, based on syntheticinference rules fuzzy reasoning, reasoning methods and heuristic search strategy;(3)to collate and summarize of airflow dyeing typical10defects causes to solve andgives a physical map,10defects include: color, pigmentation, flower color, colorpoint, fabric wrinkles, surface scratches dyed fabrics feel good, to surface fuzzing andpilling, color fastness, poor tube, cylinder and poor;(4) is developed based on VisualStudio2010and SQL Server2005airflow dyeing machine expert system, the system software mainly consists of five functional modules: Knowledge management moduledefect diagnostic module, user login management module, operation log, helpdocumentation Finally, airflow dyeing expert system to be tested.Experimental results show that the airflow dyeing expert system to diagnose thecommon airflow dyeing quality and more accurate, given the direction ofimprovement, the expert system can be easily Knowledge Base maintenance, update,friendly man-machine interface, easy operation,laid the foundation to improve theairflow dyeing quality, efficient airflow dyeing.
