| The work was done on the preparation of DFS using corn starch as raw material andusing esterification and metal cross-linked composite modified method. The effect of reactionparameters (including the cross linking pH, OSA concentration, Al3+concentration) on reposeangle, flowing time and activative index were studies. The mechanism of DFS was analyzed.The application of DFS as particles emulsifier used in the emulsion preparation was alsoinvestigated. The emulsifying powerã€emulsion stability of the DFS and the particle size of theemulsion and viscosity of different emulsions were investigated.The repose angle, flowing time and activative index was used as the indicators, theoptimal reaction condition were pH8.0-8.5of esterification, pH4.0of metal cross-linked,OSA concentration2%, Al3+concentration1%, starch slurry35%and the temperature was35℃. The repose angle and flowing time of DFS were2.95°and8s, compared with41.66°and317s of corn starch.The properties of DFS were researched. The tiny particles attachments were observed onthe surface of DFS and shrinkage phenomena of starch particles was studied. The differentmoisture content of DFS were studied, and the relation between the moisture content andflowing property was researched. The metal content of different DFS was analyzed and theflowing property was effected by the metal content. Preparation mechanism of the fluiditystarch was also researched. Nucleophilic substitution reaction was processed between OSAand hydroxyl in an alkaline environment. and H ion of the–COOH was replaced bypolyvalent metal ion and a great deal of hydrophilic hydroxyl was screened.The application of DFS as particle emulsifiers in Pickering emulsion was alsoinvestigated. The particle of DFS was decreased during cold milling. With the increase in theproportion of oil phase, the emulsifying power and emulsion stability of DFS were decreased.The particle of emulsion was increased and the viscosity of emulsion was decreased. |
