As China’s high-density breeding technology booming growth, ammonia nitrogen content is also high in aquaculture wastewater, so to aquatic organisms (fish, shrimp and crab), aquaculture water produced a lot of harm, causing great harm to humans, especially infants, because of enrichment role. Nitrifying bacteria which convert ammonia to nitrate in nature can reducing harm, but nitrifying bacteria rarely exist in nature, the growth cycle is relatively long, so to obtain the purified nitrifying bacteria and applied to actual production will be greatly limited. When the microorganism which in a free state will cause the loss of bacteria, the effect is not good because it can not concentrate on a certain space is fixed to the area. We can keep specific microorganism the original microbial activity, better play its role, fixed it in a particular design the region of space for the physical and chemical. This article get acclimated sewage microflora can degrade ammonia, from the Taihu Lake in Jiangsu crab breeding farm, various components of the medium than its orthogonal test analysis and ceramic foam immobilization conditions orthogonal analysis, optimal training base composition and immobilization conditions and identify preservation degrading bacteria ammonia effective ways and applied to practical aquaculture water some practical problems and degradation effects. The main results:(1) Acclimated microflora which can degrade ammonia, orthogonal test medium intuitive and variance analysis for its individual components, so it is optimal culture conditions:sucrose20g/L, K2HPO30.5g/L, KH2PO30.5g/L, NaCl0.2g/L, MnSO40.2g/L, trace elements, at28℃, pH=9,120r/mm.(2) Immobilized with foam ceramics for ammonia degrading bacteria, and orthogonal test analysis for immobilization conditions, so the optimal ammonia degrading bacteria is immobilization conditions:embedded cell volume1010cell/mL, micelle diameter2mm, PH8.0, crosslinking time6h at 4℃.(3) Ammonia degrading bacteria is effect test in shrimp ponds, Liuzhou, Guangxi, and comparing two methods, get way②able to degrade to0.01mg/L or less, significantly better than the national aquaculture water standards.(4) Ammonia degrading bacteria is storage conditions for comparison, get best way to preserve is85%glycerol saline way.
