Solid phase extraction (SPE) is a kind of widely used sample pretreatment technology, ithas been developed in many fields and has gradually replaced the traditional liquid-liquidextraction to become a reliable and effective method of sample pretreatment. SPE’s aim toseparation, purification and enrichment by the use of preferential and selective betweencomponent and adsorbent. Improving the analysis of adsorbent is central to the developmentof the solid phase extraction, therefore, the development of composite solid phase extractionpacking which more practical and wider range is very necessary.In this paper,zirconia microsphere was made by (polymerization-induced colloidaggregation, PICA) and carbon-carbon double bond was grafted onto its surface by titanicacid ester coupling reagent. by means of the free radical polymerization of the double bondwith styrene monomer and divinylbenzene cross-linking agent in the solution system, thepolymer coated on the microsphere surface. After sulfonated the benzene ring of the polymer,the cation exchange coating for SPE was obtained. The material was characterized by FT-IR、SEM/EDS、XPS. Mesotrione, atrazine and acetochlor in water were determined by SPEcoupled with HPLC. In the range from0.5-3.0mg/L, between of mesotrione, atrazine andacetochlor’s concentrations and peak areas were linear, the coefficient correlation were0.9998、0.9997、0.9999respectively,the relative standard deviation are1.08%-3.12%,2.08%-5.54%and2.08%-4.54%respectively and the limits of detective were5.41μg/L,6.72μg/L and13.4μg/L respectively.The determination results of samples are that theconcentration of mesotrione and atrazine in the lake water were0.02mg/L,0.08mg/L,acetochlor was not detected. The concentration of mesotrione and acetochlor in the water ofNen River were not detected,atrazine was0.01mg/L. The concentration of mesotrione,atrazine in the canal water were0.36mg/L,0.64mg/L respectively, acetochlor was notdeceted. The results show that this SPE have good adsorptive property to mesotrione, atrazineand acetochlor, within the range of25μg/L-150μg/L, recoveries were76.9%,82.8%and84.3%.
