Transition metal compounds with triazole derivatives chiral pesticide as ligandscan not only keep and even improve activity of pesticides but also lower the toxicityof pesticides and enlarge the range of activity. Besides, it can also act as sustained-release agent which can prolong half-life, reduce toxicity to mammals and better thedurable-effect. The first part of the thesis has a brief introduction of diniconazole, uniconazole, paclobuteazol ligand and research progress of related ligands andcompounds domestic and overseas. In the second part, eight novel structure transitionmetal compounds with triazole derivatives chiral pesticide and eight new Crystalstructures were synthesized by transition metal compounds with triazole derivativeschiral pesticide as ligands, such as diniconazole, uniconazole, paclobuteazol ligandtransition metal ions, for instance, Cu(II), Co(II), Cd(II), Zn(II), Ni(II), Ag(I). Theirstructures were also characterized and studied. In the third part, antibacterial activityof the complexes of diniconazole with Cu(II), Zn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cd(II), Ag(I)complex of uniconazole with Cu(II) complex of paclobuteazol with Cu(II) to Italianpenicillium and digitate penicillium were tested by the method of Oxford-cup tests. The antibacterial activity of these complexes to rice sheath blight fungus and botrytiscinerea were also teated through mycelium growth rate method.
