| During the process of man-board production,extrusion is one of the main procedure,multilayer hotpress is widely used in our country since it’s commonly used in hot press equipment which has annual production capacity below100,000m3.this paper relies on the Harbin Municipal Science and Technology innovation talent of special funds for project, which is the process optimization control mechanism of wood-based panel hot pressing process based on data fusion, and the research of multi-layer hot press rack optimized based on green manufacturing and related technologieshas been done. In allusion to the rack of Multi-daylight press, the Hot plate structure of hot steam injection and the slab thickness control device, the design and optimization has been done.In allusion to the box type combination frame of BY164x22/20multilayer hot-press, take the middle frame piece group as research object and carried out its force analysis, built the model for finite element analysis,in the premise that frame sheet group meet the strength and stiffness, optimized some parameters. Compared to the original rack, the new one has reduced the quality and saved some material.The principle of steam injection hot technology is the phenomenon that having a certain temperature and pressure steam from the surface of the slab directly rush toward the center layer and the glue instantly got cured. This paper has analysed and compared steam injection pressing technology and traditional hot technology in aspects of pressing time, the performance of the slab, formaldehyde emission, and find out the advantages of steam injection hot technology. And then relies on the basis of traditional hot plate, this paper has designed a new type of steam injection pressing plate, add pulled out of steam vacuum device on the steam injection device.Traditional multi-layer hot press generally use slab thickness gauge to control slab thickness, it has a lot of disadvantages. Based on the analysis and research of the principle of mobile elastic thickness gauge and three position control devices, as rotary encoders, differential transformer and grating position controller, this paper has designed a thickness control device which combined mobile elastic thickness gauge and position control system.By the optimization of multi-layer hot press rack, the design of new hot plate and the research of slab thickness control technology, the quality of a multi-layer pressing machine and the use of raw materials has been reduced. The produced slab has asmall amount of light, the release of harmful gases has been lessened, the slab’s mechanical properties has been improved, energy consumption has been reduced, hot pressing more accurately, which provides a learnable thoery for reducing large-scale wood-based panel equipment parts quality and the consumption of raw materials and energy. It is with good economic and ecological benefits, achevied the concept of green manufacturing and environmental friendly. |
