As the design of high frequency of electronic devices, digital make the interference with the density increase, lead to electronic industry equipment structure design focus has turned to the limited space electromagnetic environment technology research. So shielding technology research and development has become an important topic. There is a growing concern Electromagnetic shielding is, through the method of shielding materials contain the outside electromagnetic interference, reduce the transmission of energy. Compared with conventional materials, composite materials has many excellent performance, application field is very broad. Carbon composite material to carry on the design in this paper, wood, is can’t be matched by the composite material has a single material mechanical properties and shielding properties. For wood carbon composites based on homogenization method on the shielding design for research.This paper is to carbon fibers and wood fibers by different ratio and different blend modes for data test and analysis, according to the uniformity distribution of different process conditions research material influence on overall properties, including density, bond strength, static music intensity, elasticity modulus and water absorption rate. According to the properties of conductive materials, application of the homogenization method to establish analytical model of magnetic properties, composite microstructure analysis model of the reliability and accuracy, and provide the basis for the EMC design. To model the mass fraction of carbon fibers and wood fibers as input variables, and experimental temperature on the surface of the sample resistivity, elastic modulus and static music intensity as output, RBF neural network model is established. And in the MATLAB environment, verify validity and reliability of the model. Experimental production in the process of the material has the advantages of high efficiency light, designed to achieve optimum materials to achieve the desired goals.Through research method of this paper, the combination of micro and macro properties, composite materials with periodic structure of composite material structure results validate implementation shorten the design cycle of materials, cost savings, for materials, design thinking and scientific guidance for the design.
