Water is the source of the lives. China is a serious shortage of water resources, water resources per capita amount is only the world average level1/4. with the improper development and pollution, worsening drinking water shortage will be, posing serious threat to people’s life and health. Moisture content of sugar cane is about70%.Most of the water turn into the evaporator condensate in the process of extraction of sugar, But even though most of them can be directly used as the boiler feed water, there are still a surplus of water was abandoned as waste water,causing great waste of water.This paper study on the treatment of the condensate of the Ⅱ evaporator by the Method of the membrane technology, the main contents and conclusions are as follows:1. We used sugar factory Ⅱ evaporator condensate water as raw water, analysed the water quality of the different stage of the same and different sugar factoryand used various intercept molecular weight microfiltration, ultrafiltration membrane, used alone or in conjunction processing to treat raw water, in order to select a suitable membrane module, the process was ultra filtration membrane and reverse osmosis membrane combination.2. After studying the impacts of operating pressure, water temperature on membrane separation performance, we determined optimal operating conditions of the membrane process:the ultrafiltration membrane was0.15MP, reverse osmosis membrane was0.6MP, the inflow water temperature was below40℃. Under these conditions, membrane combined process effluent can reach our bottled drinking water health standards GB17324-2003. the formula of membrane filtration flux was derived by Polyether sulfone spiral UF membrane. Membrane system studies showed that:the filter production of pure water recovery rate which used evaporation Ⅱ effect steam condensate water as raw water could reach80%. Analysising membrane fouling, the best cleaning process of the selected film were as following. Ultrafiltration membrane flux recovered to98.3%;after washed for15min, then soaked with0.1%to0.14%sodium hypochlorite for5minand10min rinse cycle; reverse osmosis membrane flux recovery was98.2%after water cleaning for20min,0.75%to1.0%citric acid soaking for5min and rinseing cycle for lOmin.3. In the sugar factory pilot study, we researched the stability of the water quality and operation of the selected film composition. We found the sugar factory condensate of the Ⅱ evaporator was up to the state criterionafter dealing with the film combination treatment, and met the requirements of bottled drinking water. Its run cycle reached6months or more.4. We made economical benefits analysis for the remaining sugar factory II efficiency steam condensate production of pure water technology, to build a50m3·d-1of membrane filtration water treatment plant, for example, a single bottle of water (500mL) costs about¥0.016, a whole bottle of water costs about¥0.59which is significantly lower than the commercially available bottled water. |
