| Franchet Groundcherry (Physalis alkekengi L.var. franchetii(Mast.) Makino) also name of Jin Deng-long, is a medicinal and edible plant, belong to Solanaceae family, have high value of the economic and edible. Leaves of Franchet Groundcherry were used to make green tea by the traditonal process in this paper. Anti-diabetes effect and anti-hyperlipidennimia effect of tested animals,and scenting incense process of green tea were studied. The main results were as follows:1. To invesitigated the effect of green tea on blood glucose and the repair function for liver and kidney tissues in alloxan diabetes mice,the tested mice were gavaged with green tea for14days. The results showed that:Physalins green tea could reduce (P<0.01or P<0.05) the FBG of diabetic mice, improved (P<0.01or P<0.05) the serum INS levels, increased (P<0.01or P<0.05) thymus index and spleen index, as well as the SOD and GSH-PX activity in liver and kidney tissues of diabetic mice, also decreased (P<0.01or P<0.05) the MDA content, removing oxygen free radicals, lipid peroxidation level, to improve their antioxidant capacity. The result show green tea could offer the decrease the sugar level and repair the damage function.2. To invesitigated the effect of green tea on blood lipid in hyperlipidemia rats,the tested mice were gavaged with green tea for35days. The results showed that:green tea could reduce (P<0.01or P<0.05) hyperlipidemia rats the content of TC, TG and LDL-C, increasesed (P<0.01or P<0.05) HDL-C content. Reduced the risk of hyperlipidemia rats to atherosclerosis. The lipid-lowering mechanism may be increasing (P<0.01or P<0.05) in hyperlipidemia rats SOD activity, decreased (P<0.01or P<0.05) MDA content, free radical scavenging, inhibition of lipid peroxidation, improved the body’s antioxidant capacity, and improved (P<0.01or P<0.05) the activity of enzyme lipoprotein metabolic enzyme LPL and HL, and promoted lipid metabolism common to complete. In addition, Physalins green tea could improve the immune function of hyperlipemia rats, decreased the damage of high fat diet on liver of hyperlipemia rats, by reducing the hyperlipidemia rats blood lipid reducing weight of hyperlipemia rats also had a certain auxiliary function.3. Chose rose as the scenting incense material, green tea with rose for scenting incense processing, the scenting incense processing was determined by single factor experiment, through the temperature, flower proportion, scenting incense time single factor test of three factors, obtained the optimum conditions of temperature, flower proportion, scenting incense time are35℃,60%,15h,respectively. Response surface analysis was adapted under the optimum conditions of single factors, the best condition is mixed62%rose with tea and incubate at36.7℃for15.7h, will get ideal taste. |
