With the development of flax yarn inspection standards, put forward a higher request tothe flax fiber bleaching. In the pretreatment process of flax, hydrogen peroxide as a bleachingagent commonly used in domestic. However, hydrogen peroxide bleaching liquor on pH,metal ions and other impurities are not stable. In order to prevent hydrogen peroxidedecomposition rate due to the unstable fibers or fabrics appear white spots, holes and otherphenomena. In the hydrogen peroxide bleaching process needs to add can inhibit thedecomposition of hydrogen peroxide bleaching agent.The Sodium Silicate used as stabilizer,it will produce silica scale,affecting the flaxproduct quality.Therefore,the development of non-silicon oxygen bleaching stabilizer isextremely important.The the topics synthesis of two non-silicon oxygen bleaching stabilizerand applied to flax roving bleaching process synthesis.Using Potassium Persulfate asinitiator,using acrylic acid polymerization at low temperature,with the right amount ofmagnesium sulfate complex preparation of polyacrylic acid;acrylic acid(AA) and maleicanhydride(MA)as monomer,potassium persulfate as initiator,with the right amount ofmagnesium sulfate complex preparation of polypropylene acid maleic acid magnesium salt.Analyze the optimal synthesis process by influencing factors of single factor experimentand orthogonal experiment on the system. The optimal reaction conditions for the magnesiumsalt of polyacrylic acid:Magnesium sulfate and acrylic ratio of1:4, the acrylic monomerconcentration of25%,2.5%of the amount of initiator,reaction temperature65°C,reaction time4h.The product of chelated iron values up to700.201mg/g,the chelated calcium value256.539mg/g.Polyacrylic acid-maleic anhydride magnesium salt optimal reactionconditions:Magnesium sulfate dosage polypropylene acid-the total mass of the maleic acid11.25%,the reaction temperature of65°C,the reaction time is2h,maleic anhydride and acrylicmonomer ratio of3:5,the amount of initiator is1.75%.The product chelate iron value reachesto639.004mg/g,the chelated calcium value268.672mg/g.Use the topics synthesis of two non-silicon oxygen bleaching stabilizer in the flaxroving bleaching process. By examining the hydrogen peroxide decomposition rate,whiteness, capillary effect and breaking strength loss rate,determine the magnesium salt ofpolyacrylic acid bleaching process:Magnesium polyacrylic acid salt is used in an amount of6g/L,and bath ratio of1:40,the dosage of sodium hydroxide1g/L,sodium carbonate dosage6g/L,amount of penetrant JFC1g/L,the amount of hydrogen peroxide6g/L,and bleaching time 1h bleaching temperature90-95℃. Polyacrylic acid-maleic anhydride magnesium saltsbleaching process:Acrylic acid-maleic anhydride magnesium salt used in an amount of4g/L,bath ratio of1:40,the dosage of sodium hydroxide1g/L,sodium carbonate dosage6g/L,the amount of penetrant JFC1g/L,the hydrogen peroxide amount of6g/L,bleaching time1h bleaching temperature90-95℃. And comparison with sodium silicate,the results showedthat, the two non-silicon oxygen bleaching stabilizer bleach can replace sodium silicates.
