On the basis of collecting andconsulting a large number of literature. By using the method of data analysiscombined with field investigation.Scientific analysis the current situation of butylriver water environment quality,Pollution status quo,the existing sewage disposal.Through scientific calculate the water environmental capacity,put forward a riverwater quality calculation model which is suitable for Dingshan river. According to thecalculation results,Put forward the corresponding prevention and control of waterpollution solutions and measures,(1) increase the rate of scale of sewage treatmentand sewage collection, sewage treatment;(2) through the control of river basinpopulation to control the discharge of sewage;(3) through the water diversioncapacity to improve river runoff. And on the basis of the above three measures putforward five proposals, Through scheme comparison finally concluded that:In2012,131000pepole,40000t/d sewage treatment, sewage collection rate of90%,allthe depth of processing, Dingshan river all section water quality indexes can be Vclass water quality of surface water standard. In a population of more than147000,40000t/d sewage treatment, sewage95%collection rate, depth of processingconditions, the river main water quality indicators (such as CODCr, BOD5) canbasically achieve Ⅲclass standard of surface water in2020.
