Leaching rate is one of the most critical factors to the characterization of indissoluble glauberite deposits in in-situ leaching mining efficiency. For the residues of saline alkali manufacturing plant, light calcium solution is used to dissolve the halite-based glauberite, meanwhile the sodium chloride, sodium sulfate and other chemicals in the residues can be treated and recycled. On the other hand, it can be used to control and build horizontal halite Leaching cavity storage as per glauberite Leaching rate in light calcium solution rate. To realize scientific and effective in-situ solution mining on halite-based glauberite, this paper presents in-depth comprehensive investigation based on lab test and theoretical analysis.Main investigation and study results as below:Static glauberite Leaching test under40℃.Baume meter is used to monitor the real-time salts concentration variation of glauberite in light calcium solution and measure the change of glauberite size. Based on experimental phenomena and test data are analyzed theoretically glauberite static leaching mechanism in light calcium solution.Dynamic glauberite Leaching test under40℃. PXSJ-226ion meter is used to monitor the real-time ion concentration variation of3#-12#glauberite samples in different ions solution.The relationship between the Leaching rate and the concentration of the solution curve with a logarithmic relationship, and the fitting out of the Leaching rate and the concentration of the corresponding mathematical expression.Studied and analyzed the dynamic leaching mechanism of calcium glauber’s salt. Comparative analysis it is concluded that the rock salt with organic calcium glauber’s salt best solution of in situ leaching mining component ratio.Dynamic glauberite Leaching test under different temperature.The best ratio of components in the solution, the paper analyzes the three kinds of temperature on the Leaching rate of calcium glauber’s salt.
