EBZ220TY cantilever type machine is the latest coal science research institute of Taiyuan branch development, design, manufacture a heavy cantilever type machine. It is the machine that has good stability, convenient operation, high reliability, small cross-sectional tooth loss, cutting high hardness and so on. In China, it is the ideal substitute of large, medium-sized coal mine section coal, half-coal rock and rock-dray age mechanization.This paper by EBZ220TY cantilever type machine of rotary table as the research object. Rotary table is an important part of the machine; it is connected to the frame and key parts of the cutting arm. Through the rotary table and swing, rotary oil cylinder composed of working mechanism, cutting mechanism can perform drilling, cutting coal and rock cut, sweeps the arm of the rotary, lifting and so on the many kinds of sports. On the one hand; Rotary table under the working organs all the cutting resistance and resistance moment, on the other hand,the size directly affect the overall parameters such as height and width and weight of the machine, the reliability and stability of the use is also directly related to the use of the machine cycle. This paper mainly done the following work:1. Analyzed the working process and principle of EBZ220TY model cantilevered boring machine, analyzed the force of the cutting head, to determine the load stress of the cutting head, and analyzed all kinds of typical working conditions of machine with theory, determined the overall stress of the four largest dangerous working condition.2. Using the software of UG to establish3d entity model of the rotary table, and simplifying other parts of machine modeling, and modeling of the whole machine assembly. Using the automatic analysis of mechanical system dynamics simulation software ADAMS, the rotary table of rigid-flexible coupling analysis, Obtained the rotary table in four kinds of dangerous working condition each hinged hole stress curves and dynamic stress variation diagram.3. Analyzed in four kinds of dangerous working condition stress-strain situation of turntable with the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench13.0. Got the rotary table in the actual condition of stress distribution and deformation distribution, and according to the stress and strain nephogram, analyzed the machine about the entire process of cutting force of the rotary table, which laid a foundation for further structural optimization, and analyzed the rotary table modal with the software.4. Applying the dynamics simulation software ADAMS, two parameters of the rotary table, rotary oil cylinder and rotary center base articulated point and the axial distance (a) and rotary oil cylinder and rotary center base articulated point and the radial distance (b) optimization, obtained a certain range of the optimization results, provided a theoretical basis for the future machine slewing mechanism design.This thesis finally summarizes the work what have done and puts forward some methods and suggestions for the next step in the rotary table.
