This paper is study on the technological of Yun Nan serpentine. By theprocessing of sulfuric acid and amine reduction of the serpentine to find the way toseparate the silicon and magnesium oxide and to obtain the iron oxide.Then use themagnesium chloride,silicon and magnesia,which are collected from the processing ofserpentine,to prepare the magnesium oxychloride cement.Use the gypsum of theprocessing of amine reduction and incorporation to PEG-400to recrystallizationgypsum whiskers.Then the mixture of whiskers,waste glass and the magnesiumoxychloride cement.This paper is study of the solid-liquid ratio in1:4,minegranularity in190mash and precipitated the ending of pH of8.25at the processing ofsulfuric acid.At tthese situation,we can get a concentration of22.35%magnesiumchloride solution, and a purity of94.75%of silica and a purity of90.85%of the ironoxide.By means of the amine reduction of serpentine,in this processing we add aminein the acid hydrolyzate and we can get a purity of91%iron oxide, the precipitationrate of98%or more of magnesium ion, and more than95%once the aminerecovery.By means of the processing of serpentine,we use the production chloridesolution of a concentration of22.35%,industrial magnesia and silicon dioxide toprepare the magnesium oxychloride cement.And we use the high purity magnesiumhydroxide made by this processing as the raw material of magnesium oxychloridecement.To detecte the cement we find that there is a good performance ofanti-halogen and the28d compressive and flexural strength, respectively52.9MPa and13.5MPa and there is a procoagulant effect of retarding.We use the gypusm whiskers which recrystallization from the gypsum that fromthe processing of serpentine and waste glass to modify the magnesium oxychloridecement,we found that gypsum whisker improved flexural compressive strength ofmagnesium oxychloride cement, even comparable with glass fiber.And waste glasshas greatly improved strength and wear resistance of magnesium oxychloridecement.The paper by the research of the processing of serpentine,we use theproduction of that to make magnesium oxychloride cement.And wherein the additional product gypsum and glass waste recycling. From this paper we find a moreeconomical environmental science serpentine processing and that also is a goodpromotion and use of the magnesium oxychloride cement theoretical and practicalbasis.
