Natural gas purification process will produce large amounts of gas field water.If the gasfield water has not be treatment or directly discharge,it will result in serious environmentalpollution and economic losses and be impact of the safe production of oil and gas fields.Inthis thesis,the gas field water recovery pump is a fluid power equipment to provide a largeflow and low head water recycling the gas field.In order to understand the internal flow law,we must be in-depth of study that the flow of theaxial flow pump is very complex. With the development of computer technology andcommercial CFD software, It is no longer difficult to calculate the internal axial flow pumpflow by full three-dimensional numerical simulation.We have been used ANSYS CFXsoftware to get the flow law of internal axial flow pump, such as pressure distribution, vectordistribution, velocity distribution,etc..We can accurately get the external characteristics, suchas pump performance and head. The blade cracks is one of the main impeller strength failureduring axial flow pump operation.we can quickly conduct stress analysis throughfluid-structure coupling analysis of ANSYS software,then the check of blade strength will bego to guide the blade design and ensure the safe operation of the axial flow pump.The internal flow of axial flow pump and blade strength checked were more extensivelydiscussed. The main research work and conclusions are listed as follows:1、In order to determine the research content,We have conducted the brief description andanalysis of the axial-flow pump development and blade strength in home and abroad;2、Elaborate design theory of axial flow pump, the basic method of numerical simulationthe choice of turbulence model and the basic theory of fluid-structure coupling analysis;3、On the basis of axial flow pump blade hydraulic design,The UG software was applied todesign the axial flow pump and get the geometric model of full-flow channel geometry modelfor numerical simulation and impeller model for stress analysis, then the grid wad generatedby ANSYS software respectively;4、The calculation was based on the Reynolds Navier-Stokes equation with standard k–εturbulent model and algorithm SMIPLEC through ANSYS CFX. Numerical simulation wasexecuted for different conditions of the axial flow pump, and obtained the blade surfacepressure and velocity.The performance of axial flow pump was predicted and the assumptionof cylindrical layer independence was validated;5、The water pressure was loaded on the surface of the impeller through ANSYS.Whencaculation was progress considering the water pressure and influence of centrifugal force, it can obtain the overall deformation and stress distribution. Check the blade strength andanalyze the causes of stress concentration of the blade root.
