With the development of the biotechnology, bioremediation is more and morewidely used in the oil pollution control process. Relative to the traditional method ofphysical and chemical treatment, bioremediation has better governance,environmental affinity and a high efficiency. This article regards the Shengli oilfieldas a research project and then studies the diffusion distribution of the oil pollutionnear the oil zone. In order to determine the suitable range and methods of thepetroleum-contaminated soil in this region, the governance effects of different meansof bioremediation are also studied.This study multi-point sampled the soil near the representative oil well of theShengli oilfield,and then determined the oil content of these soil samples. With thehelp of the data, we found th range and laws of the oil pollution’s diffusion in this area.At the same time,we got the specific conversion of oil pollution in different areasthrough the analysis of petroleum pollutants ingredients. We collected soil and oilsamples in the region and configure them as oil–soil samples with a same oil fraction.Then we change the soil environment in which the microbes live by changing thetempetature, humidity, adding ratio of the nutrient elements, surfactant and the mountof hydrogen petroxide addition. At last, we measured the degradation rate of thepetroleum contaminants in different circumstances so as to find the most suitableenvironment for the live of the microorganisms in this area. Finally, on the basis of thethird chapter, this study found the most suitable plants-indigenous microbial pairing inthis area by planting different plants or plant combinations in the configured soilsamples.The results of the study show that the oil pollution in the area which near to oilwell is mainly concentrated in the range of horizontal radius of35-45m,vertical areaof0-40cm.At the same time, obvious microbial degradation phenomenon occurred;The indigenous microorganisms of the Shengli oilfield can achieve the best results for the petroleum contaminants degradation while they live in the environment with atemperature35℃-45℃,humidity30%,nutritive elements C:N:P=100:10:1,addingamount of the surfactant Oπ-101500mg/kg, hydrogen peroxide0.5ml/(kg*d).Adjustthe soil environment to the suitable environment for the microbial, the combination ofthe soybean and alfalfa can create synergies with the indigenous bacteria in the localsoil most efficiently. As a result, the effects of oil pollution bioremediation are greatlyimproved.
