The fluoride material is widely used for its excellent performance like chemical corrosionresistance and so on. The disadvantage of its bonding hardly has always been a hot topic inchemical industrious. The adhesive which is used for fluoride materials is leading to more andmore concerns of various countries all over the world. Therefore, the development of thehigh-performance adhesive not only has great theoretical significance, but also has importantapplied value. While the acrylic emulsions adhesives have the features of wealth sources andgood bonding. It also belongs to the environmental product. So it is worth developing this kindof adhesive to bond the fluoride material.In the thesis, the emulsion polymerization is used to synthesize two kinds of acrylateadhesive. They are fluorinated acrylate emulsion adhesives and the tackifying resincopolymerization modification of fluorinated acrylate emulsion adhesives. The fluorinatedacrylate emulsion adhesives are prepared by adjusting the ratio of each component, the amountof wetting agent and the dosage of tackifier, then testing the viscosity, surface tension of theacrylate emulsion and tensile shear strength of the acrylate adhesives. The tackifying resincopolymerization modifications of fluorinated acrylate emulsion adhesive are prepared bychanging the kind and content of tackifier and testing its relative performance.The experimental results showed:(1) when fluorinated acrylate emulsion adhesives dobonding test to PTFE membrane material, the maximum of tensile shear strength can be up to0.28MPa.(2) The surface tension of fluorinated acrylate emulsion can reduce markedly when thewetting agent was added in the system, but the surface tensile of emulsion adhesives almost thesame when the amount of wetting agent more than0.6g, the tensile shear strength of emulsionadhesives can be up to0.26MPa as the amount of wetting agent is0.6g.(3) The blending oftackifier can improve the bonding strength of fluorinated emulsion adhesives; the tensile shearstrength can improve to0.32MPa with the amount of tackifier28%.(4) The best formula of thefluorinated acrylate emulsion adhesives was confirmed as the following: methyl methacrylate(MMA)11g, butyl acrylate (BA)9g,2-perfluorooctylethyl methacrylate (FMA)1.2g, acrylicacid (AA)1.0g, wetting agent0.6g, tackifier7ml, composite emulsifier0.6g, initiator0.12g. Itstensile shear strength can reach0.32MPa to PTFE membrane materials. The Tackifying resin copolymerization modification of acrylate emulsion adhesives are firstcharacterized by the Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and differential scanningcalorimeter (DSC), which are used to prove the copolymerization can happen between them, andthe maximum of tensile shear strength can reach0.288MPa to PTFE membrane materials. Then,using three different tackifying resin copolymer adhesion agent does bonding test, the bestbonding effect belongs to Xin pine resin copolymerization system, and the tensile shear strengthcan up to0.29MPa...
