Attrition is one of the main invalidation reason of the tillage parts of agricultural machinery, it has caused huge economic losses. In order to solve this problem, the research used cladding hard alloy technology to improve wear resistance of agricultural tillage parts on the basis of studying information about improving farming components wear resistance at home and abroad, in order to prolong the service life. It has important practical significance.Co, WC, TiC powder were prepared on the surface of65Mn steel which is commonly used in agricultural machinery parts by means of argon arc cladding technique. The ingredients ratio of Co, WC, TiC was designed by the response surface design. Vickers micro-hardness and wear resistance of cladding were tested by micro-hardness instrument and Abrasive wear testing machine. Microstructures of cladding were investigated by means of optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. Get the following conclusion:Under certain conditions, the smaller electric current value generates less heat in the process of cladding, only slight melting occurred in the substrate surface, the dilution rate of cladding layer is less, and refine the grain, obtain higher hardness. Ridge analysis of response surface also showed that the smaller current value have the effect to obtain high hardness, the predicted current value is62A, the electric current value has a significant influence on the hardness and wear resistance. The result shows that appropriate ingredients ratio of Co, TiC has a significant influence on hardness and wear resistance, at the same time can be concluded that the WC also has important influence on response values. Hardness is not the only value in deciding whether a machine has a good quality of resistance to wear, we also need to analyse the combination of organization state. The study indicate that the hard phase WC, TiC and others scatter in soft phase Co, because Co has a high plasticity and toughness, it can fixed and protect the hard phase, make better resistance to abrasive cutting hard phase, improve the wear resistance Finally.
