The coal mine safety monitoring system is an integral part of the coal mine production.At present the main monitoring objects of this system are environmental safety monitoringand process monitoring. The monitoring for the temperature of electrical equipment and cablejoints are weak and blind. Because of electrical overload and equipment aging problems, fireand explosion occur at equipments in coal mine by high temperatures accumulated at thesespots, not only seriously affect the safety of substations production, but also a serious threat tothe life safety of the workers and a tremendous economic loss to our country. This articledesigned a set of monitoring system by sensor technology, wireless communications, cabletransmission technology to monitor on equipment temperature real-timely and remotely.Equipment temperature monitor system consists of single node module, datatransmission network and monitoring center. The single node is mainly used for collectingand displaying the equipment temperature and alarming to exceed the threshold temperature.As the master controller, STM32processor gathers information from each single node,receives control commands of monitoring center and deliver these control commands to thesingle nodes. The data transmission network is mainly used for information transmissionbetween monitoring center and the single nodes. The data transmission network adopts theform of the two-level network: each single node and the master controller using CC2530wireless transceiver module to realize ZigBee network; the master controller and monitoringcenter using CAN bus to connect. The monitoring center can display and save the data whichtransmitted from CAN bus, and import the data to MATLAB to predict the chaotic time seriesof the equipment temperature through BP neural network.System can experiment through the long and narrow corridor to simulate coal mineroadway. According to the results, the network of CC2530module is stabile, the data transmitted by CAN bus is accurate and reliable, this system has realized the remotemonitoring effect, analyze the data of the temperatures of the equipments in coal mine andforecast the temperatures in the future. It will obtain indicated precaution results from knowndata and guarantee coal mine safety production. |
