| With the popularization of TD-SCDMA communication technology and thedevelopment of coal enterprise informatization, based on the TD coal private network is acommunication system to provide voice, data services, real-time monitoring schedulingbusiness integrated communication service platform, not only solved the communicationsystem technology coal industry is backward, and improves the production efficiency, providefavorable guarantee for people life and property safety, succeeded in building digital mine.Topic firstly analyzed the mine safety production and emergency communication aspectsfacing difficulties and at home and abroad the advantages and disadvantages of coal privatenetwork communication technology. Then elaborates the coal mine communicationcharacteristics and China’s independent research and development of the third generationmobile communication standard TD-SCDMA technology applied in the private networkadvantage. Based on the above characteristics this article cited a new type of mine wirelesscommunication systems---TD coal private network overall solution, compared with publicnetwork system architecture, highlights the fact that the application advantages of the systemcomponents and features of this network under the special environment of the mine. So ourTD coal private network communication system for the secondary development, that is, thecore network function of circuit switched domain MSC are integrated into the first generationequipment TDR100. This paper mainly studied the call control function, first of all, the circuitswitched domain of the private network was optimized and designed, analyzed from thesystem function, logical structure, the structure of the protocol stack respectively, systemadopts modular design principle, designed circuit switched domain module structure. Aftercalling and called the call signaling process and release signaling process design optimization,respectively detailed design the business state machine and software process flow, to completethe private network special call control processing module of software implementation. Andin order to achieve the coal mine scheduling business introduce into Nc interface, namely according to3GPP protocol and SIP protocol converts the NAS message to the SIP messages,not only reduces the cost but also improves the versatility of the equipment. Finally, portingapplications to VxWorks veneer environment and build board test environment, completejoint debugging test work.The test results show that we have successfully integrated the circuit switched domaininto TDR100, formation of the second generation equipment TDR200. The new TD coalprivate network communication system can achieve effectively the basic voice calls functionafter integrating the access network function and the core network function, simplifyingcommunication network and communication protocol, which provides the theory for futuremaintaining and enhancing of the private network communication system. |
