Ma Huang Liang coal mine which is under construction, is located in the southeast ofJurassic Coalfield Yushen mining area that is in Northern Shanxi. The geological structure ofthe mining area is simple, the average thickness of the3#coal seam is9.90m,the depth is180~210m, the average angle is0.36~4.6°. In recent years, the hydraulic support and othermining machinery equipment is developmenting at a rapid speed, so in Yushenfu mining area,in the condition of shallow thick coal seam, the coal mines mostly uses a mining method withlarge mining height, its maximum mining height is about7m. However, when the thickness ofcoal seam is greater than7m, this method presents much questions such as poor supportstability, the coal wall partial help seriously and low recovery rate. Therefore, through thecomprehensive analysis of feasibility, Ma Huang Liang coal mine adopts fully mechanizedtop coal caving mining technology in3#coal seam, its production capacity will be1200000t/a.The paper uses the Ma Huang Liang mine’s geological conditions as the background,applies the laboratory physical simulation of similar materials, analysis the roof pressurecharacteristics, the movement rule of the overlying strata, gains the Ma Huang Liang coalmine’s basic roof weighting step distance is16~20m, the average date is19.5m,the workingface’s overburdent obvious "three zones" distribution at firs, when the working face advancesto170m, bending zone disappeared, working surface presents "two belts" distribution; usingthe numerical simulation FLAC3D analysis reasonable coal cutting height in fullymechanized caving face, the bearing pressure distribution, get the Ma Huang Liang coalmine’s reasonable mining height is4.0m, the maximum stress concentration from coal wall is5~12m, stress influence range is about90m in front of coal wall; adopting stratum structuremethod, engineering analogy method combined with the similar simulation and simulation numerical results, makes sure the reasonable support strength in Ma Huang Liang coal minefully mechanized caving face is1.4~1.5MPa.The Ma Huang Liang coal mine is the first mine which uses the fully mechanized topcoal caving mining technology under the conditions of shallow depth, thin bedrock thick,loose overburden rock, so this paper studies on the mine pressure appearance, acomprehensive, understands the fully mechanized top coal caving face stope on the movementlaw of overburden on the specific conditions, knows the working surface of the bearingpressure distribution and working resistance of support, in Fully-mechanized Working Face in3#Coal Seam of Ma Huang Liang coal mine, so that make the selection of the face supportinvestment scientific and reasonable, economical and reasonable.
