With the development of the production of iron and steel industry, in order to meetuser requirements for thick plate cutting edge quality, the Hobbing bilateral shear becomethe core of the whole district of the4300mm plate rolling production line of fineequipment. Compared with the traditional inclined blade shear and rotary shear, there aremany advantages in plate shear quality and efficiency of shear which the Hobbing bilateralcut in the plate. It uses multi axis and multi eccentric motion principle of rolling shear,canshear thickness of5~50mm, width of1500~4100mm plate with high precisiondouble-side fixed width shear. However, because the core technology blockade of foreignand domestic institutions of Rolling Shear less theoretical research on the existing shearburr burr pressed into the edge of the wrong knife and other issues not been fundamentallyresolved.
