The paper design a set of digital welding machine on-site and remote monitoringsystems for CO2gas shielded welding, based on the practical application of digitalwelder and development. The digital welding power source contains inverter circuits,digital control chip and advanced network communication interface,who has smallsize,light weight,high efficiency and save energy. Operating and monitoring theproduction process of multiple digital welder welding by monitoring terminaloperation.This paper features are:based on ARM+DSP digital chip in controlpower,which enhance the stability of the welding power resource. Usingmulti-threaded TCP/IP communication, transmission of welding data is real-time andreliable by extending the wireless network module. Especially taking the LabVIEWgraphical compiler software develop the moniter interface,greatly improving systemperformance and shorten the development cycle.The objective of thesis: The paper designed to solve actual the welder processand welder using when multiple digital welder welding in the same time. Becausemost of the welding site environment is poor, smoke and particles splash stimulate thebody, managers can not both of them when more than one welder welding. Based onthinking about them, this paper presents the idea of centralized monitoring and remotemonitoring, and designs monitoring system, so that the manager monitoring andmanagement of digital welding operation site whether in the field or in the remote.The content of research: the paper design the function of each part of themonitoring system by putting forward the demands analysis for digital weldingmachines remote monitoring. Including the selection operation of multiple digitalwelder, the parameter settings of one welder, the waveform of the welding process,the storage of welding data, the observation of welder historical waveform, thewelding waveform analysis and the reminder of fault alarms. The design of remotemonitoring system can reflect the situation of the welding site, each welder weldingprocess and welder working hours.The methods of research: the paper use of LabVIEW virtual instrument graphicalprogramming language, LabVIEW2010as the software platform. Based on thisdesign the multi-threaded TCP/IP communication, data storage and viewing of theTDMS files, deployment of LabVIEW Web server, the time domain waveformanalysis and frequency domain waveform analysis methods, used to achieve thefunction of each part of the remote monitoring system.The results and conclusions: the research can through the choice of the IPaddress for each digital welding operation by experiments and tested reliable datacommunication, real-time display of the arc voltage, welding current, wire feed speedwaveform and alarm, data storage and display historical waveform, waveform timedomain analysis, frequency domain analysis. The experiments results show that thesystem is able to achieve the basic demands and functions of the digital weldingmachine remote monitoring system, to meet the requires of the monitoring system, tosolve the complex problems of the actual welding site, to convenient managers unifiedmanagement and monitoring.
