Rolling mill is the main production equipment, play an irreplaceable role in theproduction process, but with the use of frequent and high load, coupled with badproduction environment, its itself inevitably wear and aging problems, these problemsseem small, but if not handled in time, will delay production, bring huge economiclosses, even threatened the life safety of personnel. Therefore, condition monitoring ofrolling mill is very necessary.Set up a condition monitoring system based on virtual instrument softwareLabview on the basis of working environment and working conditions.This paper launched a mill monitoring system for the development of researchwork. Based on powerful virtual instrument software Labview platform, completeddata acquisition, signal preprocessing, secondary processing, data storage, alarm printfunctions such as monitoring system development.Using DAQmx module to complete the data acquisition program, including thechannel setting, acquisition way to determine, sampling parameters setting, etc; Insignal analysis module to write the relevant time domain analysis and frequencydomain analysis program, mainly includes calculating the mean square value, peakdisplay, amplitude spectrum and phase spectrum analysis, correlation analysis, powerspectrum analysis, etc.; Labview to a database connection to use LABSQL packageand enable it to normal access the database and save the relevant data collected; Set thealarm program to produce when the detected abnormal alarm signal in order to avoidunnecessary loss. Based on the current widespread use of the traditional denoising method, is putforward based on the wavelet analysis theory, combined with Labview virtualinstrument and mixed programming of Matlab threshold denoising method, by contrast,and added to the system, it improved the efficiency of the filter for denoising anddenoising effect.Did this article based on virtual instrument signal acquisition, filtering andanalysis for fault diagnosis in the future work laid a foundation and provides a goodplatform and favourable data security.
