Coal is the basic energy source in our country, and gasification of coal is basic and keytechnology of using coal efficiently, cleanly and environmentally friendly. Based on coalgasification of atmospheric fixed-bed gasifier in ZIBO WANFENG GAS EQUIPMENT CO.,LTD, we put forward oxygen-enriched and high-temperature gasification technologyaccording to shortcomings. The oxygen-enriched gasification technology is to useoxygen-enriched in stead of air to produce gas; The high-temperature gasification technologyis to use high-temperature air to produce gas. We have done research on this two technologiesand a combination of them, which will guide production practice. The model of oxygen-enriched gasification process was established and its accuracy wasproved. Programming calculation was done with VB, which drew change of gasificationindex with oxygen fraction and its influencing factor was analyzed, and the best oxygenfraction should be45%to55%. High-temperature gasification process was simulated withAspen Plus, which concluded change of gasification index with air temperature and itsinfluencing factor was analyzed, and the best air temperature should be600℃to700℃.Based on software model of high-temperature gasification, the combined gasification wasstudied, which got the best gasification parameters: oxygen fraction should be25%to30%and air temperature should be750℃. The combined gasification with respect tooxygen-enriched gasification reduces the best oxygen fraction, this is becausehigh-temperature air can carry great heat without adding too much oxygen fraction. It relativeto high-temperature gasification is in the best air temperature range, this is because oxygenfraction was increased a little, which had the slightest effect.
