This paper analyzes the current domestic and international methods of NOXremoval,such as Non-thermal plasma and alkali absorption.We proposed the denitrationsolution of combining plasma denitration method, Non-thermal plasma oxidation and alkaliabsorption. This proposal made nitrogen produce free radical oxygen, oxidation of hydrogenand hydroxyl oxidizing substances in the plasma reactor after humidifying and airsupplement.By this way, NO is oxidized to nitric acid, then it will be removed by alkaliabsorption.First of all, the thesis conducted experiment research of denitration plasma oxidation onsimulated flue gas.The research is mainly on the effect of thermal plasma denitration underthe condition of presence of water vapor, different concentratation of O2.The results are asfollows:(1) Adding water vapor can promote the removal rate, the removal rate of NOremoval is higher than without water, with the degree of ascension as high as7%.(2)In thedry N2/O2gas stream,NO oxidation removal rate decreases in pace with the O2increasing.O2concentration increasing decreases the removal of NO.(3)When N2/O2gas added with watervapor,with the adding of O2,more NO transformed into NO2,which promoting the removal ofNO.Then, this paper combines the plasma oxidation with alkali absorption (adding withCa(OH)2solution) technology,perfermes denitration experiments under differentconcentration of O2and adding water and no.The experiment results indicates that: Whenjoining O2only,adding alkaline liquor can promote plasma denitration; in dry N2/O2gas, NOoxidation removal rate decreases with the O2concentration increasing,which means O2concentration increase is bad for NO removal;when joining water vapor only,as the tail gasbeing absorbed by Ca(OH)2solution,the denitration rate will improve significantly with theadding of O2,which can be increased by7%to17%.Therefore,the measure of combiningplasma oxidation and alkali liquor absorption has a promoting effort for NO removl.
