In this article,some process parameters which influence the super-high strengthaluminum alloy deposition spindle organization and the densification process werestudied.Then making particular research about the alloy isothermal forging process First,using the DEFORM software simulate the forging forming process and optimize theforging forming process and checking this process through the forging experiments.Atthe same time the research of aging system of forging was studied.and make heattreatment system which can make the forgings for optimal performance.Research shows that the main factors influencing the quality of ingot include: meltpouring temperature, gas pressure and metal mass flow rate. In this article, the pouringtemperature of melt was determined at T=Tm+150℃~170℃, atomization pressure is1.5MPa.In this way, you can get small grain to uniform and higher average densitywithout segregation.By pier pressure and hot extrusion process can completelyeliminate the micro pore in the deposition state alloy, precipitated phase was brokenalong the extrusion direction, grains was elongated along the extrusion direction and hasdirectional performance. Rod longitudinal tensile strength is811MPa, yield strength is788MPa, the elongation is11.1%.Through mechanical analysis of the forming process, flow characteristics analysis,forming load analysis and the change rule of peak load and the change rule oftemperature field research, the process parameters were determined for this: the bestforging forming of preheat temperature for430plus or minus10℃, loading speed is0.3mm/s, mould preheating temperature is450℃, the holding time of raw material is1.5h; forming speed should not be too high, the best is less than3mm/s,formingtemperature range between400℃to460℃, forming pressure is between1MPa to2MPa to make sure that forgings fiber texture is reasonable, to maximize performance offorgings.Using two-stage solid solution system:470℃1h+490℃1h can make maximumprecipitation phase back into the sold solution and get the highest supersaturated solidsolution before the alloy was burned. After solid solution, keeping the alloy at120℃for18h and the alloy reach the peak hardness,.After the aging, GP zones and η’(MgZn2) arethe main strengthening phase, which make the main reinforcement effect. The yieldstrength of forgings after peak aging is765MPa, the tensile strength is754.6MPa andelongation is4%. The fracture mechanisms includes intergranular fracture mechanismand transgranular fracture mechanism, both of these are the typical ductile fracture.
