Along with the rapid development of economy, the domestic steel marketcompetition becomes increasingly fierce, efficient continuous casting technology willbecome the big steel enterprise studies focusing on the subject. The core of the efficiencycasting technology is how to improve continuous caster throwing speed, and moulding forcontinuous caster throwing speed play an important role, if the mould oscillation systemcan not work normally, which will result in the process of continuous casting of steel andother major accident happened leakage. So the mould vibration control system has theimportant research application value and practical meaning.With the development of the continuous casting technology and the demand of highefficient production, the research of mould hydraulic vibration system has become thefocus of development and application, because of its simple structure, decorate flexible,high precision, the advantages of rapid response, and it’s easy to realize the computercontrol, real-time parameters adjustment and monitoring, and it is more safe, more reliableon operation, the research of it has more far-reaching significance.Shouqin2#slab caster introduced SMS DEMAG slab mould hydraulic vibrationsystem in2011, because the system debug time was short, without testing vibration curvefor different kinds of steel, and after the production control system fault happens, theprocessing time is longer, to ensure the security of the system, reliable, and of the originalsystem must be part of the improvement.This article is in in-depth research mould hydraulic vibration system principle andproperties analysis premise, through to the Qinhuangdao iron and steel company2#slabcontinuous casting machine mould hydraulic vibration and control system analysis, andput forward the improvement scheme, then, in view of the equipment failing multipleproblems, it increase online monitoring and data collection and analysis system; Finallybased on the actual need, and rehabilitation programs on the hardware and software. Afterthe improvement to the equipment maintenance; Software control flexible and reliable andmeet different kinds production requirements, and greatly improve the surface quality of the slab. The system in the process of continuous casting production has greatly controleffect.
