Majority of pesticide residues (referred to as pesticide residues) substances aretoxic and harmful substances, hazards persist in the body of water, soil, air and otherdaily living conditions among, can enter the body through different ways, producegreat harm to human health. Organophosphorus pesticides (OPPs) is used to controlplant diseases, insects, harmful organic compounds containing phosphorus. This typeof pesticide varieties, high efficacy, versatile and easy to break, generally do not acc-umulate in the animal body, is extremely important class of compounds in pesticides.However, there are many varieties of a strong human, animal acute toxicity. The exi-stence of water bodies OPPs emissions from the agricultural and industrial wastewater.Large number of reports of studies have shown that traces of organic phosphorus pes-ticide residues on aquatic ecosystems has certain hazards,organic phosphorus pestici-de residues in the problem of pollution in the waters of ecological environment alsowill become a hot issue of the water environment. Therefore, the method developedcan be rapid, sensitive and accurate detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues,has great significance for the evaluation of ecological risk.However, the techniquesfor the detection of trace organic phosphorus pesticide residues in the environmentthere are still many problems of accuracy and sensitivity poor, and is usually the casein water OPPs low (μg/L level), the general approach is difficult forits direct determ-ination.This article based on the research of organicphosphorus pesticide residuesdetected in the drinking water in various locations in Anning District of Lanzhou City,to study the nature and structural features of the organophosphorus pesticides,theprinciple and characteristics of high-performance liquid chromatography; The articleestablished high-performance liquid chromatography-based method which can detectsimultaneously multiple organophosphorus pesticides residues; and determined theoptimum conditions of HPLC which are mobile phase (methanol: water=68.5:31.5,V/V、pH of mobile phase6、velocity of flow=1.0mL/min and the injectionvolume=20μL.Under the optimal conditions, HPLC can separate completely sevenkinds of organophosphorus pesticides(Dimethoate、Dichlorvos、Chloropyrifos、Demeton、Parathion-methyl、Malathion、Parathion).The limit of detection of the method is between1.1μg/L to1.7μg/L;Recovery is between83%to96%, the relativestandard deviation between3.6%to6.5%, precision of the method is high.The testproved that this method had good separation effect, high selectivity, and highdetection sensitivity.
