In this thesis, the titanium, TC10and TiCu alloys ceramic coating were fabricated byMiero-are oxidation in the mix solution of Na2PO6, Na2SiO, Na2WO4and NaVO3.The strueture,thicknes and wear properties of ceramic films were tested by X-ray diffraction, scanning electronmicroscope and M-200friction wear testing machine.The results are as follows: Micro-arc oxidation films are porous structure. In the same solutionand same oxidation voltage parameters, the processes of forming ceramic films are different fordifferent titanium alloys. The oxidation films morphology, thickness and combined forms aredifferent for different titanium alloys after many testes. The phase composition of differenttitanium oxidation films is uniform. The phases are composed of rutile and anatase phase andsome amorphous phase.The wear resistance performance of titanium oxidation films has much difference for theiroxide films with different thickness and density. Under the same experimental conditions, thewear resistance of TC10and Ti oxidation film is much well than their substrate. The TiCu alloyoxidation films wear resistance is less than its substrate.
