| Air is indispensable environmental factors to human survival important, also is one ofmicrobial proliferation medium. And bioaerosol is closely related to air pollution,environmental quality and human health, and is one of the important standard to evaluate airenvironmental quality. Campus as a region of large population density, it’s air microorganismpollution is more and more attention by society. Therefore, to understand the dynamic changerule and pollution degree of air bioaerosol systematically and comprehensively has importantsignificance in the campus. Based on this, bioaerosol were sampled by an Andersen6-stageimpactor at typical indoor and outdoor environment of campus from March,2012to March,2013in order to determine different particle size of microorganisms and total microbialconcentration,and explore the basic composition characteristics of bioaerosol of chang ’anuniversity, then to analysis the distribution characteristics of particle size and bioaerosolconcentration with seasons, and to explore the influence factors of microorganism aerosol.The results are as follows:First, in spring,the highest concentration of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes aerosolswas found in the canteen in indoor environment. The highest concentration of bacteria andactinomycetes was found at waste compression station, while the highest fungi concentrationconcentration was found in the garden in outdoor environment. In summer, the highestconcentration of bacteria and fungi was found in the canteen, while the highest concentrationof actinomycetes was found in girl’s dormitory in indoor environment. The highestconcentration of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes aerosols was found at waste compressionstation in outdoor environment. In fall, the highest concentration of bacteria, fungi andactinomycetes aerosols was found in the canteen in indoor environment. And the highestconcentration of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes aerosols was found at waste compressionstation in outdoor environment. In winter, the highest concentration of bacteria and fungi wasfound in the canteen, while the highest concentration of actinomycetes was found in hospitalin indoor environment. And the highest concentration of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetesaerosols was found at waste compression station in outdoor environment.Second, for bacterial aerosol concentration, it is higher in summer and winter, and lower in spring and autumn in indoor environment, while it’s higher in spring and summer inoutdoor environment. For fungi aerosol concentration, it is higher in spring and autumn andlower in summer and winter in indoor environment, while it’s higher in spring and summerand lower in autumn and winter in outdoor environment. For actinomycetes aerosolconcentration, it’s higher in spring and winter and lower in summer and autumn in indoorenvironment, while it’s highest in spring and lowest in summer in outdoor environment.Third, in indoor environment, the particle size distribution of bacteria, fungi andactinomycetes aerosol is a logarithmic normal distribution, and changes without time andspace. For outdoor environment, the particle size distribution of bacteria aerosol is a skeweddistribution in spring, and a logarithmic normal distribution in summer, autumn and winter.The particle size distribution of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes of waste compressionstation is a bimodal type in a year.Fourth, the fungi and actinomycetes aerosol concentration is higher than the bacterialaerosol in garden during a year, it’s mainly from the spores release of vegetation and fungalspores and actinomycetes release of soil.Fifth, the median diameter is different at each sample point, the median diameter ofBacterial aerosols is higher than fungi and actinomycetes significantly (p<0.05).For threekinds of microbial aerosol in indoor and outdoor environment, the median diameter has nosignificant difference (p>0.05) in a year. |
