Servo press has become a new mainstream trends in the field of plastic forming due to its Intellectualization and flexibility.IPC control software is not only a important part of the servo press control system and the intermediary of user actions, but also the core of digital intelligent processing. The diversity servo press equipment lead to specially developed PC control software for each equipment, the software transplanting and maintenance is not easy, this situation is mainly due to the difference of OPC data exchange strategy and details between each platform. Therefore a flexible software architecture can greatly improve the servo press PC software development efficiency and quality of software.In this paper, base on the idea of data-driven and using software architecture technology, studied the detail and future of OPC protocol and designed a data exchange framework base on OPC protocol, the study of the communication between upper computer control software and the equipment has achieve the data exchange base on OPC protocol in.NET framework. And on this basis, designed a interactive set of data core architecture. Including data server layer, data source layer and UI presentation layer. This architecture is not sensitive to the underlying data source type, not only to support the OPC protocol data, and other types of data sources through a simple extension of the framework, such as Modbus or even local data files such as XML file, database, etc. Data interaction framework can not only be applied to the servo press control systems, but also applicable to other industrial process monitoring system. For the user interface presentation layer, designed a gridded layout engine based on nested structure. Abandon the traditional absolutized coordinate layout, using the relative coordinates gridded layout. Isolated the difference cause by the display resolution differences, and the user can easily customize the display.This architecture has been applied to the a2000KN link servo presses as well as a1000KN screw servo press. Transplantation of the software has no code level modifications, reflecting good flexibility and adaptability. Achieved good results.
