The starting point of this paper:Fabric is the necessity of human life, apart from the dependence of the physical characteristics on the relationship, the interaction is also attract people’s concern, the satisfaction and comfort of mental and physical on clothing are people’s popular consumer pursuit. Foreseeing the comfort of clothing through some means of evaluation and measurement and meeting consumer demand has brought increasing attention.The subjective tactile comfort on the condition of clothing and the interrelation between clothing physical properties and tactile comfort were mainly discussed, by the seamless corset as test object. The reason of using tactile comfort and the interrelation between clothing physical properties and tactile comfort as study point is mainly because, on the one hand, tactile comfort influenced the people most directly among all of the seamless corset comforts. Whether people feel tactile comfort decide dresser’s total comfort state. On the other hand, tactile sensing is the generalization of clothing touch character. Clothing heat and humidity is the main reason to give rise to tactile sensing of the dressing subject.The research process was summarized the research results first related to tactile comfort subjective evaluation and physical stimulation which gives rise to tactile feeling. Then designed the subjective rating scale, clothing experiment project and physical property testing project directed to characteristic of seamless corset. Collected data through testing and processing them, combine statistical method, realize the foreseeing of the study’s tactile comfort, and verified the foreseeing results.The study methods were:definited tactile feeling describing term. Designed subjective rating scale with taking Fritz semantic differences in attitude ruler as reference and combining the characteristic of tactile comfort of seamless corset. Designed and implemented clothing test project according to principles of psychological tests and sensory evaluation methods. Definited physical performance test indicators according to produced characteristics and mode of action of physical properties of garment material and combining physiological reaction mechanism. Implemented the survey of physical index according to common criteria. Analyzed the data of subjective tactile comfort and objective physical properties through statistical method such as cluster analysis and factorial analysis,etc. Analyzed every main factor through linear regression, established mathematical prediction model which could predict tactile comfort through subjective sensory and physical properties.Reliability of scale was tested by SPSS reliability analysis. Sensitivity of scale was tested by Friedman method. Subjective data was proved by using Kendall’s method to ensure the availability of data, guaranteed the data reliability of establishing predict model. Three independent factors have been abstracted from complicated psychological sensory using the methods of classify and factor analysis, these three factors are tactile factor, thermal-moisture factor and pressure factor. Sensory. Prediction model has been established by using the methods of linear statistic and BP ANN. The relationship of garment material performance and sensory comfort has been studied quantificationally through linear regression basing on the data from sensory comfort ecaluating and physical property testing, and a study model of predicting overall tactile comfort basing on fabric phusical properties.
