Design Research On Walking Device Of Open-pit Continuous Mining Machine

Continuous mining machine is a large machinery， with the country haveestablished opencast coal mine that scale is constantly expanding one after the other，it plays an important role for the covering mining over the opencast coal mine.Because it is more expensive of importing this equipment and all rely on imports willgreatly increase the cost, it has great sense to study continuous mining machine. So itis very important to effectively improve production capacity, shorten operation time,prolong the service life and improve the design level of the existing continuous miningmachine and develop and extend newer, more advanced, efficient continuous miningmachine. This paper use track frame of150t continuous mining machine to make finiteelement analysis, the main contents are as follows:(1)It introduces amply the working principle and structure of the continuousmining machine and calculates the structure parameters and main working parametersof continuous mining machine walking device. And using ANSYS Workbenchsoftware established a three-dimensional model.(2)It analyses and calculates the stress of the continuous mining machine trackframe under uniform speed linear conditions, make static analysis for the track framewith ANSYS Workbench, identified the weak ring, gives an improved solution of thestructure, and optimize the track frame plate thickness.(3)It makes the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis and discuses thevibration for the track frame, and then finds the resonant frequency.(4)With the fatigue analysis module of the ANSYS Workbench software it makesthe fatigue analysis for the track frame and guide wheel, and provides a theoreticalreference for the structure design of track frame.(5)With the stability analysis of the whole continuous mining machine, it finds thekey factors that affect the stability, provides design basis for stability design andstructural design of stripping machine.Finally, the paper gives the further device of the continuous mining machinewalking device.
