| The tobacco industry plays a positive role to increase the speed of nationaleconomic development and increase financial income. At present, with the doublecompetition from domestic and foreign, the tobacco enterprises must constantlyimprove their own competitiveness to win the incentive market competition. Regardedas "the third profit source of enterprises", logistics is the effective way to enhancecore competitiveness and economic efficiency of enterprises. A survey shows thatalthough the automation degree of cigarette enterprises logistics of is high, productionlogistics has many problems, such as unreasonable equipment configuration, highlogistics cost and low efficiency of logistics management, and generally has not ascientific-and-reasonable standard and methods to evaluate the production logistics ofcigarette enterprises. Based on this, the research of evaluation and modeling of thecigarette production logistics is done in the paper. The study has important theorymeaning and application value to evaluate and enhance the level of the cigaretteproduction logistics performance.The major works of this paper are listed as follows.1)According to the characteristics of the cigarette manufacturing process, thecomposition of cigarette production logistics and the demand for production logisticsare analyzed, and current common problems of the cigarette production logistics inour country are summarized. In turn, the necessity of evaluation and modeling isproposed.2)The evaluation index system and the evaluation method of cigarette productionlogistics system are designed based on Balanced Score Card and Analytic HierarchyProcess. At the same time, the evaluation index system and the evaluation method areused to evaluate the production logistics system of a cigarette factory. Theeffectiveness and feasibility of the method are confirmed in this case. SomeOptimization Suggestions are given for the production logistics system.3) Based on the comparison of common modeling methods of productionlogistics system and introduction of the modeling theory of Petri net, hierarchicalPetri net model of the cigarette manufacturing logistics system is constructed. Themodel provides important technical support for the follow-up performance simulationof cigarette production logistics system. 4)The model of the rolls-paste-packet automatic production line is established byGeneralized Stochastic Petri Nets. The structure performance and the systemperformance of the model are analyzed. Then, the relationship between averageproductivity and average failure rate and the relationship between buffer capacity andmean WIP are described by curve graph.Quantitative comprehensive evaluation to cigarette production logistics is doneby constructing a set of practical and effective evaluation method of cigaretteproduction logistics, which has important guiding significance to continuouslyimprove cigarette manufacturing logistics and improve the level of logistics in thewhole cigarette industry. Hierarchical Petri nets model of production logistics systemestablished in the paper can provide important technical support for the optimizationof production logistics. |
