| The super-abrasive grinding wheels has excellent grindin g performance, so thatit has been widely applied. But the difficulty of dressing because of its super hardnessis one of the main obstruction to popularize application in industry when it was blunt.laser trimming as a contactless, efficient and environm ental dressing technique hasbecome a promising method for grinding processing of super-abrasive. This paper,focusing on measurement and control system of equipment for laser shapingconcentrates on two key issues that high speed and sensitivity detection on wheelprofile on wheel’s surface and real-time response of measurement and control systemin the process of shaping, in order to realize the selective removal of projectingparticles on surface.Firstly, complying with the requirement of the project, this article made a lasershaping project and suggest solutions to the crime technical difficulties of thereal-time wheel dressing. The measurement and control system successly solves theremaining problems of high speed and sensitivity detection on w heel’s surface and thereal-time laser dressing with high-performance DSP TMS320F28335at the core ofboth data processing and the control system.Secondly, state hardware design and software design about measurement andcontrol system of grinding wheel laser trimming device in this paper, make detaileddiscussion about main control module of DSP, signal conditional circuit, serialcommunication circuit, spindle speed monitoring circuit in hardware part, design mainprogram for the system in software part, then use modular structure design idea insystem software, give the flow-process diagram and thoughts for the correspondingmodule. And make designation of anti-interference measures for control system, tomake sure the system will run steady and safely, through teamwork the hardware andsoftware; realize high-precision dressing of grinding wheel.Finally, choose the electroplated grinding wheel as awaiting trimming material inexperiment, select ideal processing parameters of laser, such as average power,frequency and defocusing amount, proper rotation rate of grinding wheel. Carried outa series of grinding wheel trimming experiments based on the measurement andcontrol system that designed in this paper, then make analysis and evaluation ofshaping effect for the laser trimmed grinding wheel too. The results indicated that after applying the measurement and control system that designed in this paper, theshaping effect of laser trimming grinding is good, can selected remove the prominentabrasive needed trimming with high precision, achieve ideal shaping precision. |
