The application of the high tech on the costume enhances the visual sense as well as the renovation development on the costume material. This broadens the costume industry and riches the costume function, so it become one of our research content.This article analysis the outlook innovation for the Expo2010Shanghai, study the costume profile and research the detail design for the Expo construction, as well as reconstruct for the costume material texture design. Further more, impacted by the light element of the Expo construction, the optoelectronic technology has also been introduced for the costume design to create the colorful light image effect, which vest the Expo construction an illusion color. Learning from the Expo construction form and spatial construction, the costume design plane concept has changed to3D space and spreading the design, so the costume’s3D effect is greatly enhanced. At the same time, the construction design element is applied to costume so as to create offbeat style with a strength sense and3D sense.
