Synthesis, Structures And Biological Activity Of The Complexes Corporated By Acyl Hydrazone And Vanadium

Acylhydrazone base containing N, O and some other donor atoms usually has thecharacter ability, which can more easily coordinate with transition metal ions and formvarious coordination geometry.This kind of compounds have good biological activity andhave good biological activity which led many people to pay widely attention in manyfields,such as catalysis, analysis, magnetic, material, medicine and other fields.Above.theyhave a wide range of applications.In this paper,24novel hydrazide ligands and25new vanadium metal hydrazonecomplexes were desigened and synthesized on the basis of reading a lot of literatures. Thestructures of these complexes are analyzed and some ones are analyzed for urease inhibitory.This paper is divided into three parts:The synthesis of one,8single ligand hydrazone complexes, they were characterized byX-ray single crystal structure determination, infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetry anddifferential thermal analysis and urease inhibitory activityThe synthesis of two,12Mixed Ligand hydrazone complexes, they were characterizedby X-ray single crystal structure determination, infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetry anddifferential thermal analysis and urease inhibitory activityThe synthesis of three, two hydrazone complexes, and some of them were determined byX-ray single crystal structure, IR spectra, thermogravimetric analysis and magneticproperties.The syntheses of four, some of the complexes were characterized by urease inhibitoryactivity.In this paper, the bridging ligand reaction solvent, anions and ligands on the effect ofcoordination complexes of structure are analyzed and compared, also part of the complexeswere analyzed by infrared analysis, inhibit the activity of urease and TG-DTA. Theexperimental results show that: some of the complexes have good biological activity.
