As an important part of aquatic ecological system of algae in the aquatic biologicaltreatment of heavy metal pollution is of important theoretical and practical significance. Bybristles algae by Cu, Zn and Pb and three kinds of heavy metal ion stress effect the changeof growth and the related physiological indicators, combined with algae body experimenton three kinds of heavy metals in the process of three kinds of heavy metal ions to thealgae removal efficiency and the migration of quantity, discusses three kinds of heavymetal ions of bristles algal poison effect and rule of algae bodyenrichment of tolerance. Bystudying algae body under heavy metal stress after the CAT, POD and SOD vigor changescombined with MT ultraviolet scanning detection spectrum, a preliminary discussion afteraffected by the different heavy metal toxic algae body detoxification mechanism. The mainresults were as follows:(1) Through the simulation experiment, Cu2+, Zn2+and Pb2+in culture affect bristles algalgrowth, and on the impact of three kinds of heavy metals on bristles algal growth is shownas: Zn> Cu> Pb. In terms of impact on RGR, Cu2+and Zn2+in low concentrations onalgal inhibition and promoting effect is not obvious, when above this concentration of Cu2+increase gradually with the increase of treatment concentration inhibition, while Zn2+bristles algae RGR impact has nothing to do with the concentration; Pb2+concentration inevery processing RGR of bristles algal inhibition, in addition to10.0mg/L algal growthslowing, at2.5mg/L or less instead promote bristles of algal growth compared with thecontrol group. Through three kinds of heavy metals in1.0to5.0mg/L micrographobservation after simulation experiment, algae structure after the Cu2+processing and nodamage, but chlorophyll content declined compared with the control group; Algae bodyabove4.0mg/L Zn2+cell integrity damaged after processing, the algal cells appear rupturephenomenon; Pb2+cell structure after processing is complete, cells in the chlorophyllcontent was not significantly decreased.(2) Three kinds of heavy metal ions are of bristles algal chlorophyll, soluble sugar andprotein have obvious inhibitory effect, and malondialdehyde content is increasedsignificantly after experiment, algae body peroxidation of lipid membrane significantly.Three kinds of heavy metal ions on algae’s total chlorophyll content affect performance:Cu> Zn> Pb, the influence of Ca/Cb value: Pb> Zn> Cu; Three kinds of heavy metalions on algae soluble total sugar affect performance: Pb> Cu> Zn, and under the low concentration of Cu2+and Pb2+no inhibitory effect on algal soluble sugar content, Zn2+isto promote algae body soluble total sugar increased; Except the Zn2+in relatively highconcentrations (>1.0mg/L) significantly inhibited, Cu2+and Pb2+on algal protein contenthad no effect. Three kinds of heavy metal ions on algae body fat membrane peroxidationeffect performance: Pb> Cu> Zn.(3) Bristles algae for removal of Pb2+in the culture fluid has the remarkable effect, for theremoval of Cu2+in low concentration was not significant but at high concentration byobserving the visible blue precipitate, Zn2+in training must bounce around8d. Bristlesalgae on the accumulation of heavy metals removal performance Pb> Zn> Cu. Three kindsof heavy metal migration quantity after the experiment to the algae body: Pb> Cu>Zn.(4) High concentration of Zn2+to promote algae CAT enzyme activity of Cu2+in theactivity of CAT has no obvious effect, and Pb2+is obvious on CAT enzyme activityinhibition; Pb2+and low concentration (2.5mg/L) or less Zn2+can stimulate POD enzymeactivity after processing, the other treatment groups were significantly inhibited PODenzyme activity; Total SOD activity with the increase of Cu2+processing has a certaindegree, the high concentration (5.0mg/L) or higher Zn2+stimulus total SOD enzymeactivity, Pb2+is inhibition of SOD activity. Three kinds of heavy metal ions can promotethe synthesis of algal body of MT, to promote the synthesis of MT expression of heavymetals: Pb> Cu> Zn. Epsilon valuation after experiments show that higher detectionsensitivity.(5) Bristles algal respiration intensity changes with different heavy metals in theexperimental process, the overall impact performance: low processing when concentrationof Cu> Zn> Pb, when dealing with high concentration Pb> Cu> Zn. Processing medium,the DO value at lower concentrations in supersaturated state during the process ofexperiment, the concentration increase algal DO value declined, but did not drop to theanaerobic state, good water quality.
