| The current domestic and foreign researches have proved that plant polyphenols canplay an important role in daily chemical industry, food, medical care, environmentalprotection and agricultural disaster prevention and other fields, and plant polyphenols innature organisms, abundant reserves, characteristics of the natural environment hasattracted much attention, which has become a focus of current research. But extractingplant polyphenol purification process is complex, the specific nature of the cognitive levelis limited, so the scale of production at present is also unable to realize. It is based on thissituation, this paper selects the chestnut processing wastes--chestnut shell and wine waste--grape seed as the research object, using ethanol solvent method from chestnut shell,grape seed extract and determine the content of plant polyphenols; the ethanolconcentration, extraction time, extraction temperature, ratio of solid to liquid, extractingconditions of single factor test, using orthogonal test table level optimum extractionconditions, to determine the optimum extraction process; spectrum analysis to extractproduct identification, comparative characterization of polyphenols and the standardspectrum; factors of temperature, pH value, light stability for the plant polyphenol effects,determine the solubility, thermal stability, light stability, acid and alkali resistance, throughthe synergistic antioxidant experiment of plant polyphenol antioxidant effect on lardexperiment, polyphenols and synthetic antioxidants BHA, BHT, PG, VC, VE and ascorbicacid, with different adding citric acid and VC, VE, antioxidant properties of the plantpolyphenols. This paper studies the extraction of plant polyphenols and performance, thepurpose is to provide theoretical support for polyphenol industrialization, large-scaleproduction, as soon as possible to meet the demand for plant polyphenol in various fieldsof production and life, so as to realize plant polyphenols brought about by the economicbenefits and social benefits; at the same time, the waste of chestnut shell as raw material toextract, grape seed plants polyphenols from, play to China’s advantages in resources,improve the utilization value of chestnut, grape seed, so that the waste to treasure, to theunification of economic benefit, social benefit and environmental benefit. |
