Thesis for coal fully mechanized roadway hard rock encountered during excavation which resulted in slow and high cost issues, weakening the rock by using loosening blasting techniques, and then fully mechanized cutting. Firstly, the thesis is deeply analysis on the loosening blasting technology theory and control mechanisms, followed by using numerical simulation to qualitative analysis, and then combined with the actual situation to design a loosening blasting plan.Thesis is mainly from the following five aspects to research:The first inspection is by reading a large number of domestic and foreign research results about loosening blasting, further on the basis of the application detonation dynamics, stress wave propagation theory blast hole breaking by loosening blasting rock crushing mechanism theory; The second is based on rock fracture mechanics, damage mechanics theory explosion dynamic cracks rock load criterion, analysis deep inside loosening blasting, focusing on rock blasting loads in crack propagation laws, namely fracture initiation, crack arrest and expansion process; Basis of the theoretical analysis the third part of the contents on fully mechanized roadway that is loosening blasting hard rock encountered parameters analysis and research; The fourth is using ANS YS/LS-D YNA11.0numerical simulation software, using the live roadway rock as the research objects, establishing a loosening blasting material model, choosing the same charge coupling coefficient under the hole, two holes (hole spacing was100cm and90cm) to simulate three cases by LS-PREPOST4.0post-processing software analysis and processing explosive stress wave propagation and crack growth; Finally, the fifth part of the field experimental research, in Huaibei Mining Group Luling Coal Mine conducted a field experiment in the simulation results, combined with engineering practice, further optimization of blasting parameters, experimental research has achieved good results and improved digging Machine cutting speed and driving rate (by15to40%), significantly reducing consumption picks (reduced by40%to50%), loose rock after blasting, to be "melted" not only increasing the cutting speed, but also cutting rock into pieces, reducing a amount of dust, improving the working environment of workers tunneling.Research results provide some useful reference and guidance for future similar projects.
