Raw material formulation optimization design problem is an importantresearch content in the fields of chemical industry, food, material.Formulation of product design is a multidisciplinary and complextechnical margin. Beer formula design is very important in beerproduction process. A variety materials of beer recipe selection andprocess curve properly or not will directly affect the quality, yield andcost of beer products. Therefore, how to optimize the formulation of rawmaterials, improve beer quality, reduce cost, become an importantresearch topic in beer production workers. Z beer company productionformula currently still rely on artificial experience with test methodto determine, due to the optimization of beer recipe is a multi extremumpoint formula optimization problem, the optimization process isdifficult, although you can meet the basic requirements of the process,but the total cost, raw material quality parameters optimization andformulation design process failed, past beer mainly rely on the technicalstaff to manually, depending on personal experience, keep trying,repeatedly modified parameters, adjusting the formula, calculationformula is sometimes out of there is a big difference, formulation designconsistency and stability is not strong.In this paper, the problem that lies in the formulation process ofsaccharification, wort concentration, filter installed capacity andproduction cost as three objectives are in conflict, so themulti-objective optimization, proposed the establishment of beer recipeoptimization model, the above three as the objective function, the beerproduction process and equipment capability than the actual productionrequirements as the constraint conditions, a beer recipe optimizationmodel based on multiple objective programming, and using the linearweighted sum method to solve the model, using different weight coefficients do different optimization schemes, and finally use the LINGOsoftware to calculate the results by comparison, to get the final formulaoptimization results, and the Z company of all10varieties of beer isoptimized and the evaluation formula optimization effect. Through the Zcompany original beer formula optimization model, the implementationeffect is good.It can effectively optimize the beer recipe, and improvedthe formulation design consistency.
