| Ventilators are general equipments of large power consumption in China, they are widely used and account for a large number, their power consumption accounts for about10%of power consumption in China. According to statistics, average operating efficiency of ventilators is only40%to60%.In order to improve efficiency of local ventilator operation, co-operating characteristics and rational distribution of local ventilators in ventilation system were studied. The reasonable distance between ventilators and farthest effective ventilation distance were obtained.FBDY series of mine local ventilator was selected for multiple ventilators co-operating experiments. Rational co-operating parameters of ventilators were obtained, providing theoretical guidance for rational use of the type of ventilators. The local ventilator application was analyzed. On the basis of ventilation in tunnel excavation, taking the series of rotating axial flow ventilators as example to test operating characteristics of single ventilator, design testing scheme for ventilators serial and parallel co-operating and complete the experiment.Experimental results obtained are as follows:1. Empirical formulas of reasonable spacing between serial co-operating2ventilators, as well as of the farthest effective ventilation distance in case of maintaining amount of air flow unchanged were obtained.2. Empirical formula of the farthest effective ventilation distance in case of2ventilators in parallel operation was obtained.3. In case of3ventilators in serial operation, empirical formulas of reasonable distance between2adjacent ventilators, as well as of the farthest effective ventilation distance in case of maintaining amount of air flow unchanged were obtained.Above empirical formula can be applied in ventilation design for tunnel construction. |
