| The cigarette factory thin wire production line is one of the important step of process which directly affects the intrinsic quality of the cigarette. The requires a flexible control systems, and the convenience of system expansion and upgrading. The thin wire production line in Hang Zhou Cigarette Factory are more equipped, widely distributed and complex controlled, within the process of communication of field bus technology among the server, client and field device through the PLC, it has many shortcomings, for example the data read is slow and system is clearly unable to meet the status quo, unable to meet the control requirements.After checking the literature, I do some theoretical analysis of the overall program of the control system of thin wire production line, at the same time combined with thin wire wide range of spatial distribution of equipment status and data efficient, fast read functional requirements, I proposed instead of PROFIBUS field devices with Industrial Ethernet PROFINET communication solutions. Via integrated PROFINET interface, distributed field devices can be used PROFINET IO integrated to PROFINET based on Industrial Ethernet, which can achieve data transfer and read the host computer, PLC systems and field devices directly. The main work and results of this paper are as follows:Compared to the advantages and disadvantages of traditional control systems which based on the familiar cigarette the thin wire production process, I proposed a thinking, used Industrial Ethernet PROFINET instead of PROFIBUS bus system, finally determined the overall scheme based on the PROFINET distributed network control system.The study based on industrial Ethernet the PROFINET network communication, then get a detailed analysis of the control object of the control system, network architecture, hardware configuration and selection of the software platform. With the combination of thin wine production process and functional requirements, I designed PROFINET automation control system based on Siemens S7-400PLCcontrol system which in order to study the design of the control system hardware selection, establishment and PLC program design.Adopting Siemens Win CC configuration software to design a monitoring system of the host computer, it reached the monitoring interface, easy to operate user effect in the process of PC host computer controlling the configuration of the object.PROFINET-based distributed control system solutions, with the outstanding advantages of simple operation, fast read speed, reliability, transmission distance, and timely monitoring, through the test and debug, the system runs stable, strong compatibility with certain practical significance. |
