The problem of energy consumption, has always been a big problem restricting thedevelopment of enterprises, especially for the cement enterprises. In the face of rising energyprices, coupled with the demand for energy is expanding constantly, the competition betweencement enterprises also gradually enters the white-hot. Cement enterprises have taken variousmeasures, such as transform the old production system with the advanced technology; payattention to the recovery and utilization of waste gas, improve energy efficiency; increaseoptimization of the key process parameters etc.. In order to reduce the cost of production, andhave living space in the competition of the industry, these measures are necessary. Do theOptimization and simplification for the cement production process, we must first find energyunreasonable wasted step or process, which requires the energy consumption statistics andanalysis to understand the business consumption status, and the potential of energy saving, so asto provide a reliable scientific basis for cement enterprises to develop energy-savingtechnological transformation measures. But because of the excessive energy consumption dataof cement enterprises, calculation is always relatively complex. Therefore, study of the energyconsumption statistics and analysis system for cement production has very important realisticmeaning, can greatly improved the Relevant work personnel’s work efficiency, for therealization of the scientific management of energy information, to promote technicaltransformation of advanced work, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, it has importantrealistic meaning.In this paper, take the cement production process as the research object, use the cementprocess theory, computer science, modern control theory, artificial intelligence and themanagement science knowledge, develop the energy consumption statistical and analysissystem, statistics and analysis the energy consumption of the cement production process.Through the relevant technology make this system and the control system combined togetherorganically, to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of energy data, which makes the energymanagement of cement enterprises get to a new level.The main work of this paper is as follows:1) Discuss why study on the energy consumption statistical and analysis system for cement production, analyzes research situation of the system in the domestic and foreign.2) Take the entire cement production line as the research object. Obtain all kinds ofinformation on energy data, after preliminary sorting operations the data and stored them.3) Study the analysis method of energy consumption of cement production, especiallyintroduced the applications of the comparative analysis and structural analysis method and thecomprehensive energy consumption per ton clinker e-p analysis method in the energyconsumption statistical and analysis for cement production.4) Connected the energy consumption the statistical analysis system and the DCS controlsystem with the OPC technique, so the energy data in DCS control system can be shared.5) Develop the energy consumption statistical and analysis system for cement productionwith VS2005, which realizes data acquisition, real-time monitoring and energy managementfunctions. Through the good interface environment, the users can conveniently operating thedata of the database system, and their required data information.6) Do some research on the software universal, through setting table of the energymetering point information, can reduce plenty of modify trouble when the software fordifferent cement enterprise.
