| The development of oil extraction is taken more focus by tcchnicists.Thc past ways to oilextraction are rough,with the situation of low permeable is seirous in these years，so the past wayscan no longer ift the requirement of today.This article begins to study some high effective methods for the low permeable oil well,andseeks some coping methods.Atfer analysis,stroke frequency is first determined as the bestparameter to realize the automation of beam pumping unit,then vairable frequency speed controlis used as the beat way to realize stroke frequency control stepless.The basic of vairable rfequency speed control lies on the adjustment of inner frequency ofmotor,it owns the advantages to realize motor working stepless,lower the labor casts and cnhancccontrollability of stroke ferquency.After adopting vairable frequency speed control as the way torealize stroke frequency control,it is furher talking about all the present models of variablefrequency speed control and making simulations of all the models by Matlab/Simulink.Finallywith compairson one model of all is adopted for the oil extraction.With the foundation of stepless stroke frequency and some related oil engineering,threestroke frequency control models are established and play roles as guidances to adjustment ofstroke frequcncy.Finally one model of the three is most suitable and adopted,the other twomodels could be adopted according to concrete conditions.So combined these two parts of vairable frequency speed control and stroke frequencycontrol model could accomplish a complete closed-loop control of oil well. |
